The room featured a unique glass partitioned shower, and we enjoyed relaxing with YouTube before bed. The valet service by Curtis was incredibly accommodating.

Art gallery and local artist exhibits, Modern, unique room designs, Fitness area with good equipment and views
Noise disturbances from elevators and parties could be managed better!!! Parking fees are excessive, especially when the garage isn’t directly connected to the hotel!!! Maintenance issues are visible. peeling paint detracts from the atmosphere.

It was just a prime choice for a brief pit stop in Norfolk with value for price. The staff helped us with a manual elevator ride after the elevators were broken, which was nice. Definitely check the room for cleanliness before settling in.

Couple's getaways with a twist
Check this out, the staff were outstanding , made me feel like a king. I mean , we had breakfast ordered to the room and it was spot on, not too shabby for hotel food.
Sure, it wasn't exactly inexpensive , but worth the experience.

Complimentary cocktails were a nice surprise.
The check-in process was a nightmare. I was overcharged and it took an entire day to sort it out, ruining my plans. Customer service was unhelpful, and I felt completely ignored throughout the ordeal.

missingWrote a review on Jul 23art galleryfitness areaelevator issues
The art gallery featuring local artist exhibits presents a unique cultural experience, showcasing vibrant works that catch the eye. The fitness area boasts good equipment, positioned to offer impressive views, making workouts less of a chore.
Elevators being mostly out of commission during my stay turned out to be a huge hassle, especially on the fifth floor with multiple bags. The narrow stairwell made the climbs all the more annoying. In the room, cleanliness was lacking—food scraps around the TV and a stained couch were immediate turn-offs. I also encountered a broken toilet paper holder and some dirty coffee cups that needed a good wash. The pillows were either too hard or lacking enough support, leading to a less-than-stellar sleeping experience, which was frustrating after a long day. The parking garage feels inconveniently situated and there’s a shortage of self-parking spots without valet fees.

great room but minor noise issues
The room was stunning and meticulously designed, offering a comforting ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the motion sensor light under the glass sink, adding a modern flair. Watching YouTube before bed helped me unwind after a long day.

The serenity of clean modernity
Stepping into my room was like entering a tranquil oasis, filled with contemporary art and stunning design. The on-site restaurant served meals that were culinary masterpieces.
However, the bed was too firm for my taste, making it hard to find a comfortable position for sleep. A quieter atmosphere at night could certainly enhance the stay.
